During my attachment at Intrepid Travel, I rotated through multiple departments to gain a holistic understanding of tour operations. In Reservations, I assisted with booking confirmations, amendments, and customer inquiries. In Finance, I supported invoice preparation, payment tracking, and basic reconciliation.

Contracts & Sales, I helped with tour costing, quotation preparation, and client follow-ups. In Operations, I supported itinerary execution, logistics coordination, and supplier communication.
