I am a young, intelligent woman with exemplary critical thinking, customer management and communication skills. I love travelling, swimming and learning new things. These hobbies enable me to always be active and full of zeal to perfect the work assigned. I have over 5 years work experience in customer service with a proven record of being an overachiever when it comes to customer satisfaction.
I have worked in 3 companies, namely: Autoxpress Kenya Ltd, Euromax Batteries Ltd and KCB Bank. In all these companies, I worked as a customer service executive and as a sales personel at Euromax. In the years worked, I have mastered several skills that I believe would make me a valuable asset at any company.
With each role given, I made exemplary strides to success and left a footmark. For example, at Euromax Batteries, I initiated the use of pamphlets as a marketing tool to advertise the various car batteries we sell and their respective offer prices. I also introduced the use of questionnaires as a tool to get customer feedback in that way, improving on our shortcomings.
I have a diploma in Information Technology at Technical University of Kenya and in the process of getting a degree in Software Engineering.
