I’m Maurine Njeri Wambui, a customer service and hospitality professional with solid experience in front office, retail, and client relations. I currently work as a Receptionist at Eden Homes Limited in Thika, where I ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent service to clients. With a background in Hospitality Management from NIBS Technical College, I’m passionate about creating positive customer experiences, maintaining professionalism, and working in environments that value teamwork and growth.
I have several years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and administrative work. I’m currently working as a Receptionist at Eden Homes Limited in Thika (2023–2025), where I handle client communication, office coordination, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Before that, I worked as a Cashier at Lynic Liquor Store (2020–2023), managing sales, customer transactions, and creating a friendly shopping experience.
I also gained valuable hospitality experience as a Waitress at Pork Center (2019–2020).
Through these roles, I’ve developed strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle different tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
I studied Hospitality Management at NIBS Technical College (2018–2019), where I gained skills in customer service, front office operations, and general hospitality. Before that, I attended Ngaru Girls High School (2013–2016) for my KCSE and Mtwapa Elite Academy (2002–2012) for my KCPE.
