My experience includes advising clients on property transactions, reviewing and preparing Agreements, leases ,security perfection,conducting due diligence, and supporting clients through the various stages of property and commercial transactions.
I particularly enjoy work that requires careful legal analysis, strategic negotiation and attention to detail, problem solving and dispute resolution in all set ups. I am passionate about providing practical, commercially sound legal solutions that protect my clients’ interests while facilitating successful transactions.
