Master of Arts in Development Studies | Organizational Development

This master's degree provided a rigorous foundation in the theories and challenges of global development, with a specialized focus on strengthening organizations as the primary engines of sustainable change.

The curriculum bridged macro-level analysis of poverty, governance, and political economy with micro-level expertise in diagnosing and transforming institutional capacity. Core studies included organizational theory, change management, leadership in development contexts, and monitoring & evaluation systems, all viewed through the lens of participatory and locally led development.
