Mercy Moraa

I am a dedicated and precise Virtual Assistant and beginner Digital Marketer. I help businesses and busy professionals manage their tasks efficiently by offering services such as email management, scheduling, research, customer service, and basic social media management. I am passionate about providing reliable support to help others achieve their goals.

Although I haven't held a formal job yet, I have completed over 500 hours of hands-on practice in virtual assistance tasks such as organizing schedules, conducting online research, and handling data entry. I’ve also worked on personal and school projects that required attention to detail, time management, and the use of digital tools like Canva. I’m currently building my skills in digital marketing and look forward to applying what I’ve learned in real-world roles.

I am currently pursuing a course in ICT at Kabete National Polytechnic and expected to graduate in 2025. My studies focus on computer fundamentals, programming, and technology applications; skills that support my work as a Virtual Assistant and digital marketer.
