I am data analyst with over a year of experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. I have worked on diverse analytics projects across banking, FMCG, and social impact sectors, demonstrating proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, SSIS, and SPSS.
At Pathways Technologies, I developed interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems for M-Oriental Bank and FMCG clients, enabling improved visibility into credit performance, HR metrics, and regional sales trends. I also supported customer experience analytics at Copia Kenya, where I conducted Net Promoter Score (NPS), EASE analysis, and customer satisfaction reporting—helping identify key drivers of user loyalty and operational friction.
