In the past 4 years, I have worked in the education Industry.
I started off as a program Assistant at Kenya Scouts Association where I was in charge of creating programs for young people and partnering with NGOs to educate young people on various skills and help them create a positive impact.
I later moved to education marketing starting off as a Marketing Associate for Nova Pioneer group of schools. I was in charge of student recruitment on very specific targets and carrying out a variety of marketing activities such as organizing lead generation events, digital marketing, maintaining great relationships with market players such as feeder schools, developing marketing plans and guiding the design team on producing engaging marketing materials.
I currently work at Navitas group as a student recruitment advisor, in charge of a chain of education agents within Eastern and Southern Africa. In this role, I work closely with the agents and support them by ; Product training, attending fairs, commission and bonus follow ups, marketing strategies and responding to all their enrollment inquiries. All this activities contribute to overall enrollment numbers for all Navitas institutions.
I also carry out market research especially in emerging markets such as Malawi and recruit agents.
