- Driving effective strategic and operational financial planning, setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis that aid in the decision-making process.
- Managing forecast and budgeting for the conglomerate with direct P&L impact exceeding $200 million.
- Designing Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and streamlining documentation with a controlled owner action program and eliminating duplication of efforts by external consultants, resulting in permanent budget savings of approximately $50,000.
