Duties and Responsibilities;
Keeping communication between the visa centre, the embassies of Schengen countries and applicants through emails, calls and reports.
Keep the website for the Schengen countries visa application up to date through recommendation and editing to keep up with applicants trends and needs
Providing technical assistance and expertise to short term and long-term visa applicants regarding SCHENGEN immigration directives, visa requirements and policies.
Managing the call center and help desk by keeping records of call tracking information systems and replying to calls/email inquiries.
Collecting, processing and remittance of visa application payments, fees and refunds.
Informing and navigating applicants on web-based modules.
Conducting bio-metrics enrolment by using infrastructure that supports data capture and transfer to the diplomatic missions and systems integration.
Data entry and amending information for visa applicants on the visa information systems.
Document scrutiny and collection for visa processing whilst confirming applicants identity and passport validity.
Ensuring all protocol, administration and logistics of dispatching passports on a daily basis to the embassies are properly followed.
