DUTIES

Schedule computer related services and maintenance

1. Oversee the implementation of new ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, including backing up data, system administration and network management.
3. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data is intact.
4. Provide training, orientation, and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. 
5. Maintain integrity of the networks, server deployment and system security
6. Configure and troubleshoot local Area Network, (LAN)
7. Support rollout of new applications tests and evaluate new technology.
8. Develop, Maintain, and document reports for all applications.
9. Maintain the ICT asset inventory.
10. Proficiency in Graphic design by using tools such as photoshop, after-effects and premiere pro.
