I am Michelle chacha, an educationalist with competencies to multitask and adapt easily to new environments and a highly compassionate, kind and patient person in nature as well as well organized. I have a flexible approach to challenges and I'm persistent in ensuring desirable results. I have strong communication skills and the ability to give instructions and loads of empathy. I operate with a strong sense of integrity, ethics, responsibility and commitment and have strong decision making skills with logical and strategic thinking approach to problem solving. I'm also creative and constantly searching for new methods of realizing the best from the participants I work with.

I did Bachelor of education in special needs education in Moi University and right now I am a homeschooling teacher at Sanity Home based Tuition Academy.
