I am an experienced market and social qualitative researcher with vast experience in user experience and usability studies for organizations like Safaricom, M-Pesa, Sanlam, M-Kopa, Sportspesa among other companies.
I am a results driven and insightful researcher with over 15 years’ experience in helping clients solidify business plans based on a firm understanding of market conditions. I have a strong base in qualitative research and a good understanding of both quantitative and retail research. My scope of experience traverses client management, research design and execution (market exploration, user experience, concept and usability tests, conducting FGDs, In-depth Interviews, ethnographies, field testing and contextual inquiry) and reporting across health and nutrition, financial inclusion, telecommunication, banking, insurance, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors in multi-cultural setups of the larger East Africa region.
I hold a master of arts degree in development studies and have undertaken various short courses on user experience and usability, business growth and strategy, market and qualitative research.
