I have experience providing administrative support and my most recent full-time role was as a Contact center agent, working for CCI Kenya in an international campaign that involved providing Customer Support to customers in the UK, the US, and Canada. I have a certificate in Digital Customer Service from Generation Kenya and further Customer Service training from Shutterfly. I studied BSc. Economics in JKUAT.
