Supervise construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.
Manage installation works including doors, partitions, cabinetry, medical fittings, electrical, and finishing works.
Coordinate solar PV installation projects including mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and commissioning.
Lead toolbox talks and ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
Successfully delivered multiple construction and solar projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
