I am a student at the Kenyatta University School of Law. I have completed my third year of study. I am passionate about human rights advocacy, especially, championing the protection and fulfillment of socioeconomic rights for vulnerable groups in Kenya.
Additionally, I am interested in the intersection between socioeconomic rights and public finance policies, particularly, how poor economic policies affect the capability of citizens to realize their socioeconomic needs. To this end, I have participated in extracurricular activities such as moot court competitions, public finance seminars and human rights conferences to further my skills and knowledge in human rights advocacy.
I am looking for opportunities to volunteer and work in organizations geared towards the furtherance of rights of vulnerable groups and those aimed at promoting accountable government practices.
