At Diani Reef resort and spa, I did my internship in which I was able to create customer rapport in handling guest complains in front office, showing guests their rooms and briefing them about the hotel activities. At food and beverage I was able to interact with guest at a professional level and learn that the guest are always right. As a hotelier guest satisfaction is the key, table setting is very important to understand in which I was to do all the mis en place without supervision.
