Implemented an inventory keeping system through the Splynx application to enable the company to track network devices belonging to the company.
Resolved complaints from tenants by dedicating Friday nights to going around all units listening to tenants' complaints, writing them down, categorizing them and assigning every problem to the relevant service provider to sort out which reduced the number of complaints and ensured property was well maintained.
