Currently i work with Pwani Oil Products Ltd ,which is a manufacturing company that deals with finished consumer goods. My day to day tasks are as below ;

•  Engaging with a portfolio of customers and supporting in order generation and preparation of invoices for loading.
• Lead link between the company and key direct customers handling communication on pricing, stock outs, new product introductions and goods for loading plan.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and drafting responses and resolutions.
• Establishing and maintaining back-office system for storing new and existing client profiles.
• Maintaining all hard copy and digital files using oracle.
• Supporting Senior management in devising and implementing strategies to improve business efficiency, performance, and success.
• Managing information on company databases for different organizational activities to track history and safeguard accurate information.
