Monicah Gakure

I am a Fourth-year Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) student who has developed a strong interest in IT systems and software development and problem-solving activities. I have academic experience in programming and web development and database management through the use of Java and Python and HTML and CSS and JavaScript. I know system development methodologies through my experience with Agile and my work on projects that required system analysis and design.

I want to acquire practical industry experience while developing my technical abilities and making valuable contributions as an IT intern.

I completed my industrial attachment where I gained hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, basic networking, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Through my work I helped users who faced technical difficulties while I helped maintain the daily operations of IT which helped me develop my problem-solving abilities together with my communication skills.

I am currently a fourth-year Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) student, with strong academic training in programming, systems analysis, databases, networking, and IT support. Through my coursework and practical projects I have gained both technical skills and problem-solving abilities that are applicable to an IT internship.
