Hands on 15+ years experience working as a Fuel Distributions System operator with profound knowledge of distributions system operations, with skills of receiving, testing, storing and transferring of fuels into tanker loads, terminal pipe pumping system, into plane and on-base deliveries. Equally familiar with the hazards of petroleum products, bonding, grounding, dangers of static electricity and safe handling of fuel products.
Also have experience in driving Heavy Fuel Truck Tankers and operating Heavy Equipment with( wfscorp)severe weather, defensive driving training and possess excellent written and oral communication skills with exception ability to read and interpret written information, with immense ability to work independently and in teams.
NATO did Favourable Background Investigation and i successful obtained Clearance to access facilities for monitoring and refuelling Power House's,Generators , Incinerators, Water pumps, Armed Aircrafts and UAV (drones)
Performing bulk fuel transfer and retail dispensing to customers tankers using petroleum distribution equipment.
Monitoring and maintaining record of all meter counts for fuel delivery trucks and assisting in filling fuel tanks and submitting records.
Perform Installations, daily Facility checklist, Uploading and Downloading preparations, seals verifications, and record.
Conduct received Aviation and ground fuel full spectrum of quality assurance sampling and testing as may be required, and proactively report nonconformity and ensure follow up action thereafter.
Identify download storage and issue tanks, while monitoring, maintaining Fuel lines, draining fuel water separators, cleaning fuel filters and gauging fuel in tanks, tanker trucks and collapsible bladders.
Conducting fuel quality control checks on fuel stored in tanks i.e Aqua glow tests, Millipore test, conductivity, microbiological growth tests, flashpoint and density whenever required.
Perform refueling and defueling of aircrafts both fixed wing and rotary wing while maintaining aircrafts approach procedure and flight line driving rules and regulations at all times.
Moving fuel tankers to and from the loading and offloading points and maintaining driver log, pre and post trip on fuel trailers, daily fuel circulations, fuel quality checks, hose inspections checks.
Implement Fuel related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including those related to Fuel Fraud Prevention, Quality Control (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA), Fuel Consumption Monitoring and, reporting.
Maintain complete logs and reports regarding the on time delivery of fuel, mileage covered in transportation, fuel consumed monitored by Electronic Fuel Management System (EFMS) and forwards recommendations and repair reports.
Responsible for appropriate storage, removal, recording and reporting of any hazmat and waste fuel generated
Participating in emergency training and drills when required by the management
Prepares data and information for developing work orders and other relevant documents.
Validates, certifies, and forwards requests of bulk fuel to contingent owned equipment and other users for authorization.
Prepares preventive maintenance schedules and analyses operation of bulk fuel storage facilities and equipment to forecast future requirement.
