I hold a diploma in Chemical Engineering from Eldoret National Polytechnic, and along my career path, I have built and retained a strong and stealth foundation in industry process operations, control and management from a number of manufacturing reputable entities that I have worked for, including Textile and heavy chemical manufacturing facilities for a period of about 10 years. My capacities to quickly and accurately interpret process -
instruments-diagrams- (PIDs), apply industrial control systems -SCADA,DCS and PLCs, coupled with a deep understanding of execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of newly installed process equipment and systems, compounded with strong team building, retention and both people and facility management skills, makes me ideal candidate for me in the to provide the much sort good manufacturing practices and Lean tools.
My strong working ethics, ability to troubleshoot simple to complex problems, collaborative and handling roles from analytical perspective, enables me to timeously understand challenges from multiple angles with the ability to connect dots and create solutions. This is evidenced by my track record of quickly learning and adapting to new working plans within a record short time while striving, and within the realms of team spirit, works towards achieving set Key Performing Indexes (KPIs).
