• Conducted exposure assessment of Bacillus spp. in infant milk formula, including hazard identification and dose-response evaluation.
• Performed microbiological culture and isolation of Bacillus spp. from powdered infant formula samples.
• Carried out biochemical characterization to confirm species identity.
• Investigated biofilm formation on glass and plastic surfaces (to simulate infant feeding equipment).
