Leseiyo holds a Master of Business Administration from The Management University of Africa, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (Moi University) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Moi University) and several training certificates. He has years of work experience in administrative support, Human Resource Management and teaching at university level. He has expertise in the administration of Academic Programs and services, exposure and knowledge of Academic and Governance structures.
In-depth knowledge of Students Recruitment, Admissions, Registry practices and procedures and expertise in handling HR Generalist roles while ensuring compliance to Kenya Labour Laws. He has research interests in Human Resource Management. He is technically poised to advise on Foundations of Management, Industrial and Labour Relations, Managing and Leading People within the scope of Human Resource Management.
Mr. Leseiyo is currently working as a Dean of Students and Lecturer at Management University of Africa. He has done research and published widely in Human Resource Management
Currently serving as the Dean of Students and Lecturer at The Management University of Africa, I have been entrusted with the pivotal task of creating an enabling environment that supports students' academic pursuits and holistic development. My role involves advocating for students' interests, a responsibility I undertake with diligence and dedication. Simultaneously, I contribute to the academic sphere by teaching, conducting tutorials, handling examination-related matters, and conducting independent research projects in the field of Human Resource Management.
In my prior role as Acting Assistant Dean at The Management University of Africa, I had the privilege of assisting in managing the School of Management and Leadership. This experience allowed me to gain invaluable insights into curriculum development, faculty performance monitoring, and various aspects of Human Resource Management. My proficiency in staff development, performance management, and event coordination was pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency.
