Duties Include:

• Preparing quarterly budgets
• Preparation of fixed deposits lists and tracking their renewals, liquidations and transfers from one bank to another
• Maintaining of accounts ledgers and tenants accounts and reconciliation. 
• Ensuring that statutory payments are paid in time
• Overseeing school accounts to ensure that all receipts are banked on a timely basis and bank reconciliations done every month
• Organizing for audits of the accounts.
• Developed organization systems for contracts, records and reports to increase traceability and preserve accurate records.
• Addressed customer questions, problems and complaints in person and via phone to maintain positive relationships and support smooth communications
