A highly knowledgeable and self- driven information and communication technology professional with a vast understanding and skill set in Networking and handling all other technical operations in relation to ICT. Some of the roles I have undertaken include; providing level 1 troubleshooting of Cisco LAN and WAN, general PC troubleshooting, testing developed applications and websites, facilitating technical support for the client – Website maintenance, Installation and configuration of Windows Server. Additionally, I possess an ability to present IT problems and recommendations in clearly written and oral formats coupled with the capability of developing and maintaining strong professional contacts with administrative management officials.
I am now looking to secure an IT position in an organization where I will be able to participate in contributing my acquired skills in ensuring that I get to tackle challenges that may emerge as a result of new technologies.
