As a young and talented waitress, I possess a unique combination of skills and qualities that set me apart in the hospitality industry. As a youth I bring a fresh perspective and energy to your work, while my talent showcases my exceptional abilities in providing excellent service to customers.

During my professional experience, I worked as a Restaurant Hostess at Pavilion Restaurant in Mombasa, Kenya from March 2021 to August 2021. In this role, I greeted guests in a professional and warm manner, managed reservations to ensure accurate bookings and efficient table seating, and maintained a tidy waiting area for guests. Additionally, I trained new hostesses to uphold a high standard of service.

Following that, I served as a Restaurant Server at Perfectus Gardens Hotel in Machakos, Kenya from April 2022 to October 2022. My responsibilities included taking orders from customers, providing menu suggestions, and delivering food and drinks promptly and accurately. I also efficiently handled cash transactions, maintained records, and balanced the cash register at the end of each shift.

Furthermore, I collaborated with the kitchen staff to ensure effective communication and coordination for efficient order fulfillment.

Overall, my professional experience includes providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, training new staff, and maintaining efficient operations in the restaurant industry.
