I'm Naomi and I am 21 years old. I am a positive person. The kind of person that is always shaking away negative tendencies. Always focusing on what I can do not on l what I can't. I have skills in basic programming, proficient in Microsoft office suits, time managment abilities and Strong communication and fast learner.

I have marketed and registered clients on jumia platform for online shopping and deliveries, assisted customers with placing orders, taking deliveries and understanding digital payment options, provided customer service support and educated new users on how to navigate the jumia mobile application. I have also done data entry. I entered and managed records in spreadsheets and digital databases accurately and efficiently.

Supported in organizing reports, documents and digital files for easy access. Handled basic IT tasks such as typing, formatting documents and updating data logs.

I have studied my secondary level education in Mikinduri girls high school since 2018 to 2022 and attained a “c-”. I did my primary level education in Meru saleem academy where I did my KCPE in the 2017 and attained 332 marks. I have also studied at NIBS TECHNICAL COLLEGE pursuing diploma in IT and am currently looking for an internship.
