Nardine Maloba

I have the minimum requisite experience as a Human Resource professional. In terms of values, I am a team player, I work with integrity and transparency, I have respect for diversity, ability to empathize and keen at delivering results. Am currently working as an Intern at ICIPE having completed one year six months of internship and volunteering at TechnoServe International both non-governmental organizations.

I have experience in the hospitality industry and that coupled with my current administration experiences makes me a good fit for the role advertised.

My people skills are excellent and allow me to engage with a diverse group of individuals. I can take the initiative of working independently but also enjoy working as part of a team. Currently, I am working at International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology ( ICIPE), as Human Resource Assistant Intern. I previously worked in TechnoServe International an NGO, that enabled me broaden my Human Resource experience. Additionally, I have worked in the hospitality industry as a Food and beverage intern then promoted to a supervisor.

My highest level of education is a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Business Administration, which I attained a first class honors, from the University of Derby. Additionally, I also have a higher diploma and diploma from the Swiss Hotel Management School. And have a high school diploma, from Juja Senior school. Currently I am pursuing a certification in Human Resource Management.
