I have 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist and 8 years experience using the Windows operating system, and I have significantly become a power user. With this experience, I can reproduce and analyze the problems reported by end users.
With the my practical skills, I am also capable of performing operating system deployments, training users in software and operating systems, assessing recurring issues and creating automated problems where possible.
Moreover, I completed a 6-month self-paced training at Google, where I gained knowledge and practical skills on technical support fundamentals, bits, and bytes of computer networking, operating systems, and becoming a power user and system administrator. Additionally, I have a strong work ethic and believe in prioritizing tasks to achieve organizational goals. Moreover, I can deliver strong customer service as I have learned to exhibit empathy, being conscious of ones tone, acknowledging the person one is talking to, and developing trust with the user.
