For most people, Customer Service doesn’t sound very interesting. For me, Customer Service is a passion I’ve been chasing for 8 years. Most recently, my work landed me a position with CCI Kenya where I’m focused on resolving customer complaints and therefore retaining them as long-term customers, providing support to the Learning and Development department with onboarding new agents and ensuring they can navigate the system as well as have the maximum knowledge required where the product is concerned to be able to transition as successful consultants, and acting as a point of contact as well as monitoring compliance in the absence of a Team Lead.
I guess you could say I’m living the dream.
