I have earned a Masters in Computer Science degree and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and I have worked as an ICT MANAGER for the past five years in a fmcg and real estate companies. I am ready to advance my career and move into a position where I can use my knowledge and experience to its fullest potential having had experience working in a busy Manufacturing company.
Maintaining a safe, secure and efficient ICT SKILLS and team work is vital to the success of any organization and I have the qualifications needed to keep your facility running smoothly. My experience includes helping the department in delivering of ict support, strategic initiatives focusing on business continuity, implementation of information systems, automation, create schedules. I also answer any questions and deal with any concerns the staff or upper management has concerning the ICT Department, Liaising with vendors and contractors among others.
My experience and training includes training users, using content control and filtering tools, managing data systems and monitoring all usage of the system. I have experience performing regular maintenance checks, devising and implementing measures to enhance safety, security and accountability for ICT systems and infrastructure.
I also have experience using a variety of servers (Microsoft and linux ), ERPs, networking skills, virtualization (Vm ware and Hyper V) and multiple operating systems. I am self-motivated, dependable, excellent problem solving skills and trustworthy and I have the training and experience to keep your ICT department running smoothly.
