• Testing and evaluating new technology: I have been responsible for testing and evaluating new technology products and services, such as software, hardware, and network devices, and providing feedback and recommendations to the management.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems: I have been in charge of installing and configuring computer hardware components and operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, for the company’s employees and clients.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems: I have been skilled at troubleshooting system and network problems, such as slow performance, connectivity issues, virus infections, and hardware failures, and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Developing a maintenance schedule for computer hardware and software: I have been developing and implementing a maintenance schedule for computer hardware and software, such as updating drivers, patches, antivirus, and backup, to ensure the optimal performance and security of the company’s IT systems.

Diploma in Software Engineering: I have completed a diploma in software engineering, which is a program that teaches you the skills and knowledge to design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.

CCNA: I have obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, which is a credential that validates your ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot routed and switched networks.
