Apart from my undergraduate education, I posses three years experience in customer service where I worked for two lending companies. First as an agent at okolea-international . My duties included but not limited to, understanding customer complaints, offering the best suitable solutions, negotiation of payments and following up on defaults.Later earlier last year, I worked for Prestopap limited as assistant team leader where my duties included, Allocation of accounts, setting up of targets and making sure they are met, following up on groups daily collections on hourly basis and offering advice on the best collection strategies.
This experience makes me the ideal candidate for this position. I am a team player and never hesitate to streamline activities.
