Sisterhood Initiative was an annual girl's empowerment workshop which set to empower girls from the rural communities of Kisongo in Arusha, Tanzania. This was a one day workshop held in the month of March, it focused on issues such as financial and legal literacy, self esteem, leadership and reproductive health. The workshop held over 200 girls from this community.
