My interest in Natural Resource Management was sparked during my undergraduate course. It was there that I was introduced to a wide range of environmental issues, inside and outside of the field, such as ecosystem preservation, restoration efforts and the economic use of non-renewable resources. After finishing my degree, I wanted to learn more about how we could sustainability maintain these rates of harvest and pollution creation indefinitely. Thus challenging myself to read more on the topic.
I am currently managing a mushroom farm, this offers a good off-season work. Before that I was on internship with KALRO Kenya Agriculture and Livestock Research Organization.
I have a bachelors degree from Egerton University Second Class Degree BSc Dryland Resource Management.
