I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) finalist. I also hold a diploma in Tax Administration from Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA). Further, I am done with my coursework from Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) University where i pursued Bachelor of Commerce (B-COM) Finance option.

I possess one year working experience as a bookkeeper and tax assistant. Additionally, I possess an excellent command of QuickBooks System. I am well conversant with all functions of accounting, including strong double entry knowledge and excellent i-Tax knowledge.

I am dedicated to providing exemplary work and supporting the overall mission of the department and company.

 

- Carrying out external audit for various clients where I engage in vouching expenses during the interim and final audit. - Bookkeeping for clients without in house accountant. - I filing various tax returns for clients including annual self-assessment returns and VAT returns. - Carrying out tax health checks for clients . - Filing tax returns on behalf of clients. - Annual tax liability computation for clients and advising them on payment schedule.

I have gained enough knowledge to enable me be in a position to prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards so as to maintain accurate financial records. I am able to analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses. I can develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs do bank reconciliations.

• Am also able to compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
