Duties and Responsibilities.

• Inventory Management, Monitoring the cycle count program, investigating variances and resolving issues.
• Monitoring consumption and raising purchase requisitions on items that are running below the minimum stock position.
• Monitoring goods received from suppliers and coordinating with quality control department for the goods assessment and receiving the materials in the system.
• Monitoring issuance and receiving of raw materials from warehouse to production department and vice versa.
• Complete warehouse management. Assigning manpower on day-to-day duties.

Planning on receiving incomings and maintain the standard storage system(5s).

• Ensure manpower is as per organization budget, (Cost).
• Analysis report on slow moving/obsolete inventory to clear stock on time.
• Material planning for each production schedule.
• Minimum/Buffer stock reviews to ensure its updated.
