Paddy Jayson Mwangi MPharm, MA Marketing (Bristol U.K.) Is a seasoned
Education consultant specializing in examination design and deployment. He works with both National and International Examination boards implementing e-assessment and e-marking strategies, currently consulting with the American College Test (ACT), the General Education
Diploma (GED), KNEC, TVET-CDACC and NECTA (The Tanzanian Examinations
Council) amongst other entities. His areas of interest include exit strategies for high-schoolers, career guidance and counseling strategies for students across the education spectrum and scholarship application strategies to Historically Black Colleges and Universities
(HBCU's) in the USA. His professional background is in pharmaceuticals which he studied at the University of Bradford, UK but chose not to pursue this further as it was not commensurate with his passion for education. After completing his Masters degree in Pharmacy and a short practice period in community pharmacy, he changed careers and has never looked back since. His dynamic shift in career has led him on a path of authoring his first book "Beyond Your Limits" which captures the highs and lows of career change and aims to inspire the reader to
"Know Thyself" as the primary tenet of success. He is Married with 2
Children, five Maltese terriers and a very over productive brood of ducks
