My names are Joseph Pancras Ouma, aged 50 years old. I am a Diploma graduate in Security Management with over 25 years of experience in security industry.

I have held management positions in various organizations in Kenya delivering good success in all my roles.

Experience, success, honesty and working as a team is my greatest strength.

I have been in security industry since 1992 having started as a guard, 30 years of experience. Throughout this period i have risen to being security manager.
