I'm a project manager professionally my background is in project management, the core principles of efficiency, organization, and proactive support are central to both roles. I am adept at anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of complex activities. With my four years of experience as a Project Manager at the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Kapseret, I have developed a robust skillset in organization, coordination, communication, and proactive problem-solving – qualities I believe are directly transferable and highly valuable in supporting executive leadership.

During my tenure at NG-CDF Kapseret, I was responsible for 80 number of projects. This involved managing 80 percent multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and meticulously documenting project progress.
