I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management. I have over 20 years’ experience at various roles within the hospitality industry. In my previous role I worked as the Administration, Outlets and Events Manager at Wadi Degla Runda Clubs Africa where I oversaw all club outlets. I have a good understanding of premises safety with certifications in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS 2018), ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS 2015) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS 2018) amongst others.
