I am a dedicated culinary professional with eight years of work experience in different cooking capabilities. Well versed in preparing different cooking cuisines while working in a fine dining environment with special focus on food and presentation. I have extreme focus on personal and food hygiene also able to maintain running efficiency of food service and preparation areas within the kitchen and working areas with an aim of exceeding guests' expectations.
I have experience in hot kitchen as well as cold kitchen, Vegetarian and vegan too,
International Cuisine and most Allergens. I continually strive to better myself daily through research, always wanting to know what can be done better to make my food more comforting or exciting.
Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of experiencing many genres of food service,
such as business dining, high end hotels, wellness retreat spas and independent living. All of this has taught me the importance of food safety, working in a diverse environment and being a leader.
My experience as a chef in the institutions that I have recently worked for has been of great importance and has taught me a lot that I never learnt from school.
