I am a kenyan, currently working as a Direct Sales Representative with Mkopa limited. I have also worked in the banking sector for 13 years. In my previous engagement, I joined as a Graduate trainee, and to Supervisor, Operations Manager, Business development Manager, then Senior Bank Operations Manager Manager before I left banking. I served diligently with a keen eye to great results, growing the bank's performance. Something I am glad for up to this day. It's my hope to get this job and transform the company for the better.

Worked as Operations officer handling customers queries and escalating the issues where necessary.

Operations Supervisor- taking up issues from the front office and scrutinizing them ensuring controls are adhered to.

Operations Manager- Handling all Operations at the branch level including but not limited to cash assets, administration, customer centred issues and growing branch portfolio.

Branch Business Development Manager- staff performance management, business growth and development, sales pitching, closing difficult sales, organising sales and marketing initiatives, managing bank assets and controls in expenses. Credit disbursements and control, recovery and ensuring portfolio at risk is within acceptable level.

Senior Operations Manager- managing 92 branches, handling issues escalated from branches, internal and external control measures are adhered to. Custodian to key bank secutity, interdepartmental coordination, representing bank with external partners.
