Cross selling bank products services and migrating customers to the non-branch channels.
Customer loan processing, disbursement, re-aging and principal redemption.
Production, monitoring and assessment of daily reports.
Reconciliation of credit accounts, timely preparation of credit returns.
Account amendment for both individuals and joint accounts.
Customer Experience Department.

Opening, activating and committing of group member accounts.
Preparation of payment vouchers.
Verification of payment and receipt references via the computer system.
Engaged in field work and customer visits.
