Strong in programme design, organizations strategic plans development, monitoring and evaluation, Research analysis using quantitative and qualitative techniques. I also coordinated programmes on truth seeking and the International Criminal Court engagement in Kenya.One my major achievement Engaging and learning from Kenyan and other African organizations, Governments and Inter-governmental agencies is influencing the adoption of the African Union Transition Justice policy and legislation of key elements of the Kenyan Constitution (2010) that were earlier blamed for massive human rights violations before e.g.
Act, 2012, Independent Policing Oversight Authority Act, 2011 and The National Police Service Act (2011).
Act(2012) also put more people to participate in their own governance at local level. I have also been part of the team that has built new cadres of young human rights activists in Kenya which keeps the country having more vibrant civil society institutions.
