Assistant Manager - eLearning specialist (May 2021 – April 2022)
Reporting to the HR General Manager Learning and development. I lead the technical construction, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of digital learning delivered through the Equity Academy platform. I managed and supported the existing Learning Management System with more than 6000 users, working closely with the Learning Manager (program management), Master trainer, HR Business Partners, Team Leaders, departmental learning representatives, Information Technology system team and directly engages with learners
