I have excelled in devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield. My key competences include production management, quality assurance, SAP Implementation and support agribusiness, safety, and environment management. Some roles I have undertaken include planning and organizing production schedules as per demand plan, assessing projects and resource allocation, overseeing production processes, controlling material and labour variance, retail branches and market quality assurance, Production quality control, critical controls monitoring and verification, machinery safety, data analysis and performing microbiology analytical work for both raw material and finished products.

I have excellent attention to details, can be diplomatic and supportive to team members and have super communication skills. I have effectively set up effective quality control and safety programs, encouraging initiative-taking participation across the production floor and all functions. I am now looking for a more challenging environment in Technical production systems (QMS, SAP, operations excellence) where I can put my ability into use and improve existing processes and systems.
