My love for conceptualization of ideas, proposal writing, reporting, in the fields of research, training and peer review have been what i consider to love and always ready to learn on the job.

I have worked with a number of donors, research and academic institutions including EU/ECHO, DFID (FCDO), OFDA/BPRM (BHA), Foundations as well as UN funds through UNICEF, WFP, WHO, FAO and UNHCR. Some of these were in multi-agency consortia with development/resilience nexus. As a cluster coordinator, I was directly involved in designing, defending and dissemination the HPC country level pooled funding proposal mechanisms which are CHF/HRF and CERF funds while working closely with UNOCHA, relevant government authorities and the in-country Resident/Humanitarian Coordinators.

The coordination role, gave me an opportunity to plan, design write up and implement together with other sectors such as education, protection, shelter, and governmental policy and strategy write-up. The bulk of these have gone ahead to be approved.

Currently pursuing MSc. Project Management.

Finalized BSc. Food Science and Technology, in which I wrote up a paper that was approved by the faculty.
