I have been working in a receptionist and administration for 7 years. I was employed a customer care representative in a leading Energy Company handling over 250 customer interactions daily. During my time at the role, I demonstrated passion for customer service. I am always prepared to go an extra mile to meet customer’s expectations and I have been commended for my enthusiastic approach to my job.
